Metastatic Mediastinal Germ Cell Tumour: A Florid and Fulminant Presentation

A previously healthy teenager presented with acute respiratory distress and constitutional symptoms. Imaging revealed a mediastinal mass with multiple pulmonary nodules, and markedly elevated β‐HCG confirmed metastatic choriocarcinoma.
