Response Spectrum Analysis of Response of Building with Setbacks
The past earthquakes have shown catastrophic effect on the buildings with irregularities. It was seen that the buildings with irregularities are more prone to earthquake then the regular building. The structure with irregularities are called irregular structures.

A decomposition method of nuclear magnetic resonance T2 spectrum for identifying fluid properties
Based on analysis of NMR T2 spectral characteristics, a new method for identifying fluid properties by decomposing T2 spectrum through signal analysis has been proposed.

We reconstituted Synechocystis glycogen synthesis in vitro from purified enzymes and showed that two GlgA isoenzymes produce glycogen with different architectures: GlgA1 yields denser, highly branched glycogen, whereas GlgA2 synthesizes longer, less‐branched chains.

We identified a systemic, progressive loss of protein S‐glutathionylation—detected by nonreducing western blotting—alongside dysregulation of glutathione‐cycle enzymes in both neuronal and peripheral tissues of Taiwanese SMA mice. These alterations were partially rescued by SMN antisense oligonucleotide therapy, revealing persistent redox imbalance as ...

Consideration of torsional irregularity in Modal Response Spectrum Analysis [PDF]
Modal Response Spectrum Analysis (MRSA) is one of the most commonly used methods for determination of seismic response in building structures. In MRSA, the structure is idealized as a series of single-degree-of-freedom systems, each having its own mode shape and vibration period. MRSA is permitted for structures in any seismic design category (SDC) and

Diversity and complexity in neural organoids
Neural organoid research aims to expand genetic diversity on one side and increase tissue complexity on the other. Chimeroids integrate multiple donor genomes within single organoids. Self‐organising multi‐identity organoids, exogenous cell seeding, or enforced assembly of region‐specific organoids contribute to tissue complexity.

Degradation mechanism of the von Willebrand factor A2 domain by nattokinase
Nattokinase, a natto‐derived protease, exhibits potent antithrombotic effects. This study demonstrates that nattokinase directly cleaves the von Willebrand factor (vWF) A2 domain in vitro. Unlike the native regulator ADAMTS13, nattokinase degrades folded vWF independently of shear stress.
