Influence of Tracheostomy Level on Surgical Management of Pediatric Airway Stenosis
Tracheostomy location is a critical determinant of surgical complexity and outcomes in pediatric laryngotracheal stenosis. Misplacement may lead to longer tracheal resections, an increased need for stoma relocation, more complex reconstruction, and secondary stenosis. Strategic planning of tracheostomy position can improve surgical outcomes.

Delayed Restenosis after Gamma Brachytherapy for In‐Stent Restenosis
Intracoronary brachytherapy is a promising modality for inhibition of in‐stent restenosis. However, there is a concern of late progression after brachytherapy. This case report describes delayed restenosis after brachytherapy.

Safety Profile of Nebulized Ciprofloxacin‐Dexamethasone After Pediatric Airway Surgery
ABSTRACT Objective To evaluate the safety profile and patterns of use of nebulized ciprofloxacin–dexamethasone (CPD) in pediatric patients undergoing airway surgery. Methods A retrospective chart review was performed of patients who underwent airway surgery at a tertiary pediatric center between 2019 and 2023 and received nebulized CPD 0.3%–0.1 ...

Mono‐ and bivalent‐, alanine‐modified poly‐iso‐butylenes, folding into beta‐sheets, were prepared by living carbocationic polymerization and subsequent endgroup modification. These PIB‐conjugates are useful as solid polymers for the drug release of triamcinolone and nimodipine. ABSTRACT Poly‐iso‐butylene (PIB) is a well known biocompatible polymer with

FIR irradiation enhances the physical association between Akt and PP2Ac in VSMCs, independent of the hyperthermal effect of FIR rays. The increased binding between Akt and PP2Ac induced by FIR irradiation facilitates the dephosphorylation of Akt at Ser473.
