Spinal cord injury (SCI) poses significant challenges for regeneration due to a series of secondary injury mechanisms. How to use biomaterial approach to target the failed regeneration after SCI remains a critical challenge. This review systematically evaluates current strategies to optimize biomaterial topographies for neurite outgrowth, axonal ...

Dynamically Adaptive Wrinkle‐Structured Light‐Regulating Films for Energy‐Efficient Buildings
A scalable, moisture‐responsive cellulose nanofibril/polyvinyl alcohol (CNF/PVA)‐glycerol film with switchable wrinkled surfaces for dynamic light regulation is developed. Compared to glass, it achieves tunable light diffusion for daylight harvesting, thermal regulation, and privacy control.

A study of a plume induced separation shock wave, including effects of periodic plume unsteadiness [PDF]
A wind tunnel investigation was conducted to study the flow field in which separation is caused by an expanding plume, with emphasis on effects associated with periodic unsteadiness in the plume.

To investigate the mechanisms about the enhanced buffering effect and morphological retention in fully lithiated Sn–Bi alloys, this study introduces a new bulk bimetallic Sn–Bi alloy with fine grains of uniformly distributed Sn and Bi alloys (≈50 nm) via cooling rate control. This design effectively relieves internal energy buildup and suppresses crack
