Resultados del tratamiento quirúrgico del cardiospasmo
Se presentan los resultados obtenidos, en el tratamiento quirúrgico de 7 pacientes con cardiospasmo. La operación realizada fue la miotomía extramucosa esofagogástrica por vía torácica. No hubo morbimortalidad hospitalaria en esta serie. Los resultados alejados fueron excelentes en 6 casos.
