Skin Health and Disease, Volume 3, Issue 3, June 2023., 2023 Hypersensitivity reactions are common in CLL/SLL patients with CD4+ folliculocentric infiltrates being a potential specific clinicopathologic entity. These hypersensitivity reactions do not appear to be increased in the commonly tested genetic studies for CLL/SLL. Treatment of the underlying lymphoma may alleviate hypersensitivity reactions.

Trichoepithelioma presenting as leonine facies in a young female

This paper describes a 27‐year‐old woman presented with a painless firm erythematous plaques. The patient presented with leonine facies and was diagnosed with Trichoepithelioma.
