β3‐adrenoceptor agonism exerts lung protection in a rat model of bronchopulmonary dysplasia
The β3‐adrenoceptors agonist BRL37344 promotes lung maturation, preventing the progression of experimental bronchopulmonary dysplasia. Absract Background and Purpose Bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD) affects premature newborns, particularly those receiving supplemental oxygen therapy.

Our study demonstrated that TGF‐β1 activated MAPK signalling pathway and promoted the MMT and secretion of CCL17 under CD‐associated intestinal inflammatory conditions. AMSC‐sEVs can deliver MFGE8, which inhibits MMT and CCL17‐mediated Treg recruitment by suppressing the MAPK signalling pathway, thereby alleviating intestinal fibrosis.

Bilateral Retinal Vein Occlusion and Rubeosis Irides: Lessons To Learn
Uncontrolled hypertension is well- known to give rise to systemic complications involving multiple central organs. Artherosclerosis leads to damage of the retinal vessels wall, contributing to venous stasis, thrombosis and finally, occlusion.

In the oxygen‐induced retinopathy (OIR) mouse model, two distinct microglial subpopulations play opposing roles: highly glycolytic microglia (HGM) promote neovascular formation via Pkm2, while Mrc1/CD206‐positive phagocytosis‐associated microglia (PAM) facilitate its regression.
