Retrial BMAP/PH/N Queueing System with a Threshold-Dependent Inter-Retrial Time Distribution
In this paper, we study a multi-server queueing system with retrials and an infinite orbit. The arrival of primary customers is described by a batch Markovian arrival process (BMAP), and the service times have a phase-type (PH) distribution.

A survey on retrial queues [PDF]
A systematized survey of the analytic results for retrival queues is given by discussing a generalized model A/B/s/m/O/H. Here, A and B describe the interarrival and service time distribution, respectively, s denotes the number of waiting positions in the queue, O is the capacity of an orbit for the retrying customers and \(H=\{H_ k\), \(k\geq 0 ...

Particle Swarm Optimization and Maximum Entropy Results for MX/G/1 Retrial G-Queue with Delayed Repair [PDF]
This paper examines an MX/G/1 retrial model with negative customers including the concepts of working vacation, Bernoulli feedback, delayed repair, state-dependent and multi-optional services. Such a queue is quite relevant in real world, for instance in
