Magnetic Resonance Imaging, 1992A case of germ cell neoplasm in an undescended retroperitoneal testicle is reported. CT revealed a large mass most consistent with a chronic hematoma. MRI demonstrated findings typical for neoplasm, and this was confirmed on biopsy.
