Advanced Materials Technologies, EarlyView.Humidity‐based pre‐constraining creates hygromnemics‐shape memory matter. From identical biocomposites actuation in dry and wet states is obtained via hygromnemic and hygromorphic actuation, respectively. Hygromnemic actuators present long‐ and short‐term shape memory abilities.

High‐Chroma, High‐Contrast Tunable Color Coatings Using Sb2S3 in a Metal‐Dielectric Stack
Advanced Photonics Research, EarlyView.A novel tunable color coating design is presented, using the phase‐change material Sb2S3 in a Fabry–Perot cavity. The resulting coatings yield bright, attractive colors, and display a significant color change when annealed using a hotplate or a laser. This demonstrates that Sb2S3 is a promising candidate for use in tunable color coatings.
