This study identifies akermanite among six bioceramics and reveals its ability to enhance Schwann cell's proliferation, migration, and secretion. When combined with silk sericin, the composite conduit synergistically enhances Schwann cell‐mediated regenerative processes.

ALKBH5 promoted G3BP1 expression via m⁶A methylation at sites 142/173. G3BP1 interacts with YBX1 and p53, reducing their nuclear translocation and decreasing p53‐mediated SLC7A11 repression. This inhibites cardiomyocyte ferroptosis and mitigates myocardial damage during diabetic ischemia‐reperfusion injury.

Therapy‐Induced ECM Remodeling Creates a Transient Immune Barrier in Residual Melanoma
BRAF/MEK inhibition promotes extracellular matrix (ECM) accumulation and remodeling during therapy‐tolerant residual disease, limiting CD8⁺ T cell access to tumor cells. Leukemic blasts induce membrane depolarization in mesenchymal stromal cells (MSCs), contributing to a dysfunctional niche that favors leukemia progression. Here, it is demonstrated that restoring the expression of CaV1.2 calcium channel in AML‐MSCs repolarizes their membrane potential, reprogramming them toward a healthy phenotype.
