NIR‐II Emissive Persistent Neutral π‐Radical with Rapid Doublet Internal Conversion for Efficient Cancer Photothermal Theranostics

open access: yesAdvanced Science, Volume 12, Issue 15, April 17, 2025.
Rational design of donor‐acceptor persistent neutral π‐radical develop ultra‐high photostability and thermostability, and simultaneously realize high‐resolution NIR‐II whole‐body angiography, photoacoustic imaging, and photothermal therapy of orthotopic bone tumors with good biosafety.

The Novel Dual GIP and GLP‐1 Receptor Agonist Tirzepatide Attenuates Colon Cancer Development by Regulating Glucose Metabolism

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Tirzepatide, a dual GIP/GLP‐1 receptor agonist for diabetes, suppresses colorectal cancer growth by targeting glucose metabolism. It inhibits cancer cell proliferation, promotes apoptosis, and induces tumor regression. It reduces glucose uptake and destabilizes HIF‐1α for degradation to downregulate PFKFB3/PFK‐1 enzymes, thus contributing to the ...

Large‐Area Conductor‐Loaded PDMS Flexible Composites for Wireless and Chipless Electromagnetic Multiplexed Temperature Sensors

open access: yesAdvanced Science, Volume 12, Issue 17, May 8, 2025.
This work demonstrates the first chipless temperature sensing array based on conductor‐loaded composites. They allow multiple items to be simultaneously identified and monitored through multiplexed electromagnetic reflections. The work studies the influence of conductive fillers on the frequency‐domain properties of PDMS, for the first time.

Development of a Self‐Deploying Extra‐Aortic Compression Device for Medium‐Term Hemodynamic Stabilization: A Feasibility Study

open access: yesAdvanced Science, Volume 12, Issue 11, March 20, 2025.
A proof‐of‐concept device designed for minimally invasive, medium‐term hemodynamic support is developed. Utilizing a growing mechanism, the device autonomously wraps around the aorta and employs soft artificial muscles to deliver extra‐aortic compression.
