Harnessing Carbon‐Containing Materials for Next‐Generation High‐Temperature Electromagnetic Wave Absorbers

open access: yesCarbon Energy, EarlyView.
Traditional carbon materials show limited high‐temperature oxidation resistance, which becomes pronounced above 673 K and significantly restricts their practical applicability. To address this challenge, enhancing polarization loss and leveraging its negative temperature dependence to offset the temperature‐induced increase in conductance loss are ...

A [3]Rotaxane Containing {Ti7Ga} Rings Linking CuII: Synthesis, Structure, and Spectroscopic Studies

open access: yesChemistry – A European Journal, EarlyView.
Extended hybrid inorganic‐organic [2]‐ and [3]‐rotaxanes are reported based on heterometallic rings with threads that link CuII complexes; the crystal structures are reported, and the solution behavior is investigated by double electron electron resonance spectroscopy methods.

Self‐Calibrating Ratiometric DNA Aptamer Probe for Quantitative ATP Imaging in Living Cells

open access: yesChemistry – A European Journal, EarlyView.
We developed the RFA–ECHO probe, an internally calibrated ATP sensor that remains responsive across millimolar ATP levels. Its self‐correcting Cy5/ECHO ratio ensures accurate quantification independent of probe uptake. Compared with FRET‐based sensors, it yields a robust ratiometric shift, distinguishing high‐ATP cancer cells from normal ones, enabling

Automatic Card Shufflers and Antitrust Litigation: An Arbitration Perspective

open access: yesConflict Resolution Quarterly, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT This paper examines an American Arbitration Association (AAA) class action proceeding in which Mohawk Gaming Enterprises LLC alleges that Light & Wonder Inc. and L&W Gaming Inc. fraudulently obtained and enforced patents, thereby monopolizing the market for automatic card shufflers and violating Sections 2 and 3 of the Sherman Act.

ESG Divergence and Ownership Imbalance: Rethinking Sustainability Value Creation in Mergers and Acquisitions

open access: yesCorporate Social Responsibility and Environmental Management, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT This paper examines how mergers and acquisitions (M&As) affect post‐deal sustainability outcomes by introducing the novel construct of ESG divergence, defined as the distance between acquirer and target firms' pre‐deal ESG profiles. While M&As are increasingly used to accelerate sustainability integration, their ESG impact remains ambiguous ...
