This paper deals with a new universal coupling converter, which has been realized in form of a laboratory sample at Department of Electronics, FEECS. The circumstances of demand of a new coupling solution are presented firstly, descriptions of new concept and its function follows. Finally, the results obtained from the realized model are stated.

Reverse convertible bonds analyzed
Journal of Futures Markets, 2009AbstractWe study the pricing of reverse convertible (RC) bonds. These are bonds that carry high coupon payments. In exchange, the issuer has an option at the maturity date to either redeem the bonds in cash or to deliver a pre‐specified number of shares.

Reverse Convertible Pricing Model
2023The payoff of reverse convertible product involves returns on multiple assets and is conditional on hitting of continuous barriers. The Monte Carlo methodology employed by ESP is an efficient conditioning technique.

A device for illustrating the reversible conversion of thermal energy to mechanical work is discussed theoretically and quantitative design parameters are given for constructing a laboratory scale model. Preliminary results show that avoidance of frictional forces does enable operation of the device closely to approach reversibility.

Pricing (Multi-) Barrier Reverse Convertibles
SSRN Electronic Journal, 2008This paper examines the pricing of (multi-) barrier reverse convertibles in the Swiss market. These structured products with exotic characteristics have a knock-in feature and are usually specified as 'worst of' products. The daily closing prices of 522 products between July 2006 and August 2007 are compared to their theoretical values based on Monte ...

DESIGN OF MOVEMENT DIRECTION REVERSE CONVERTER
Herald of Khmelnytskyi National University. Technical sciences, 2020Direction transducers are used in many branches of mechanical engineering to convert the continuous rotation of the master link into reciprocating or reciprocating oscillating motion of the slave and, conversely, to convert the reciprocating motion into continuous.

THE VALUATION OF CALLABLE-PUTTABLE REVERSE CONVERTIBLE BONDS
Asia-Pacific Journal of Operational Research, 2010Many companies issue some complex structured bonds. A reverse convertible bond is one of such structured bonds. In this paper we consider a valuation model of callable-puttable reverse convertible bonds which have the complex payoff in a setting of the optimal stopping problem between the issuer and the investor.

Can Angiotensin-converting Enzyme Inhibitors Reverse Atherosclerosis?
Southern Medical Journal, 2003Angiotensin II, a potent vasoconstrictor, is mainly present in the vascular endothelium. Multiple studies have confirmed that angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitors, which block the formation of angiotensin II, lower blood pressure and also improve heart failure.

Reverse convertible debt under credit risk
International Journal of Financial Engineering, 2016In this paper, a new pricing formula for reverse convertible debt that properly accounts for the embedded credit risk is found. An analysis of the conversion and default thresholds is performed. This approach also suggests some possible explanations of the reverse convertible overpricing that is documented in the empirical literature.

Investment Incentives, Bankruptcies and Reverse Convertible Debt
SSRN Electronic Journal, 1995The combination of risky cash flows, leverage and absolute priority rules in bankruptcy create a well known agency problem; shareholders face incentives to take risky, as opposed to value maximizing, investment projects. Recently, it has been argued that deviation from absolute priority rules in bankruptcy or workouts mitigates this problem.
