Thermally Pre‐Formed Reconfigurable Resistive Random‐Access Memory Crossbar Arrays: A Dual‐Mode Platform for Robust Physically Unclonable Functions and In‐Memory Computing

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
A reconfigurable RRAM platform utilizing thermally pre‐formed filaments (TPFs) is developed to realize robust hardware security. By exploiting the thermodynamic stochasticity of TPFs, exceptionally reliable physically unclonable functions (PUFs) are achieved.

Reversible Data Hiding Schemes for Deoxyribonucleic ACID (DNA) Medium [PDF]

open access: yes, 2009
[[abstract]]Nowadays, plenty of data hiding schemes are proposed. To have the stego data unnoticeable, the stego-media must be meaningful. Different from the products of the data hiding schemes and the traditional encryption ones, DNA is not only random ...

Is It Real Type‐II or S‐Scheme? A Three‐Phase Diagnostic Protocol for Identifying Potentially Mislabeled Heterojunction Photocatalysts

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Diagnostic analysis via the heterojunction validation funnel. The funnel illustrates the hierarchical stratification of 30 reported Type‐II systems based on the three‐phase, seven‐step diagnostic framework. Complete validation through all phases is achieved by only 3.3% of systems, while 96.7% lack full mechanistic validation, revealing a pervasive ...

Reversible Data Hiding of Images Based on Plaintext Domains [PDF]

open access: yesITM Web of Conferences
Information hiding technology can embed secret information into images, video, audio and other media. Authorized users can get embedded data from the medium of implicit data, so as to realize the transmission of information.

An In Situ Oxidation Strategy for Ti3C2@TiO2 Heterojunction: Narrow‐Band Photodetection and Trace Chromium Ion Determination

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
A Ti3C2@TiO2 heterostructure has been successfully fabricated by an in situ oxidation approach. The as‐fabricated Ti3C2@TiO2‐based photodetector exhibits narrow‐spectrum response with excellent stability. It also realizes sensitive Cr(VI) detection in a large concentration range of 10−12–10−6 M with an ultra‐low detection limit of 7.6 × 10−12 M ...

A high capacity reversible data hiding through multi-directional gradient prediction, non-linear regression analysis and embedding selection

open access: yesEURASIP Journal on Image and Video Processing, 2020
The technique of reversible data hiding enables an original image to be restored from a stego-image with no loss of host information, and it is known as a reversible data hiding algorithm (RDH).
