Acute Pectoralis Major Rupture Captured on Video
Pectoralis major (PM) ruptures are uncommon injuries, although they are becoming more frequent. We report a case of a PM rupture in a young male who presented with axillar pain and absence of the anterior axillary fold after he perceived a snap while lifting 200 kg in the bench press.

Natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning were used to predict suicidal ideation and heightened psychiatric symptoms among adults recently discharged from psychiatric inpatient or emergency room settings in Madrid, Spain. Participants responded to structured mental and physical health instruments at multiple follow‐up points.

Categorization of Food Consumption Patterns in Indigenous Communities of the Quilotoa in Ecuador
Four consumption pattern types were defined. The category “high consumption” includes carbohydrates such as rice (89.3%), potatoes (88.9%), oats (74.1%), and morocho (74%). Protein intake was limited to eggs (82%) and fish (73.5%). Vegetables such as carrots (90.4%) and onions (96.1%) were classified as condiments.

Standard treatments for advanced high‐grade serous ovarian carcinomas (HGSOCs) show significant side‐effects and provide only short‐term survival benefits due to disease recurrence. Thus, identification of novel prognostic and predictive biomarkers is urgently needed.

Deep Brain Stimulation for Pantothenate Kinase‐Associated Neurodegeneration
Pantothenate kinase‐associated neurodegeneration (PKAN) is usually associated with dystonia, which is typically severe and progressive over time. Pallidal stimulation (GPi DBS) has been carried out in selected cases of PKAN with drug‐resistant dystonia with variable results.
