Abstract Flow cytometry measures the optical properties of individual cells and has become essential for enumerating and characterizing marine phytoplankton. Yet systematic comparison of measurements across instruments remains limited, hampering data comparison across laboratories and long‐term time series.

Host suitability of Mediterranean olive (Olea europaea L.) varieties to two root‐knot nematode species (Meloidogyne javanica and M. incognita) under greenhouse conditions

Root‐knot nematodes significantly threaten olive production in Morocco. Screening of seven olive varieties revealed strong resistance in Koroneiki and Picholine Marocaine, characterized by suppressed nematode reproduction, sustained plant growth, and enhanced defense responses.
