Covalent-Organic Frameworks Composed of Rhenium Bipyridine and Metal Porphyrins: Designing Heterobimetallic Frameworks with Two Distinct Metal Sites

open access: yesACS Applied Materials & Interfaces, 2018
The incorporation of homogeneous catalysts for CO2 reduction into extended frameworks has been a successful strategy for increasing catalyst lifetime and activity, but the effects of the linkers on catalysis are underexplored.

Sulfidation Behavior of Rhenium and Cobalt-Rhenium Alloys [PDF]

open access: possibleOxidation of Metals, 1999
The sulfidation behavior of Re and three Co-Realloys, 15, 30, and 45 w/o, was studied over thetemperature range 700-800°C at sulfurpressures of 10-4 and 10-2 atm. The kinetics of sulfidation followed theparabolic rate law and the activation energies for allalloys were similar to that of pure cobalt.

Reactions of alkanes on rhenium and rhenium-gold films

Journal of the Chemical Society, Faraday Transactions 1: Physical Chemistry in Condensed Phases, 1975
Rhenium–gold films prepared for use in catalytic studies have been found by X-ray diffraction to be two-phased in the range 30–70 atom % Re. One phase (of h.c.p. structure) is rhenium-rich but of variable composition, the other (c.c.p.) unvarying and close to pure gold.Skeletal catalytic reactions of n-hexane, methylcyclopentane, 3-methylpentane, n ...

Dinitrogen complexes of rhenium(I) and rhenium(II)

Journal of the Chemical Society, Dalton Transactions, 1973
Dinitrogen complexes of rhenium(I) are prepared by the reaction of benzoylazo-complexes, [Re(NNCOPh)Cl2(PPh3)xLy](L = monodentate ligand or ½ bidentate ligand; x= 0 or 2, x+y= 3), with certain ligands in boiling methanol. The dinitrogen complexes are of the type trans-[ReCl(N2)LxL′y](L = a variety of organophosphines; L′= L or some other ...

Dinuclear phosphorescent rhenium(i) complexes as potential anticancer and photodynamic therapy agents.

Dalton Transactions, 2020
Chemotherapeutic agents that affect lysosomal functions represent a promising strategy for selective tumor therapy and overcoming drug resistance. In this work, two dinuclear phosphorescent rhenium(i) tricarbonyl complexes (DRe1 and DRe2) containing ...
