The effect of carbon on the diffusion of cesium on the renium surface [PDF]

open access: yesФизико-химические аспекты изучения кластеров, наноструктур и наноматериалов, 2018
The diffusion of cesium over the rhenium surface and the rhenium surface coated with carbon was studied by methods of the field electron and desorption microscopy. The method of continuous field desorption was used, in which surface diffusion ensures the

Low‐Angle Grain Boundaries and Re‐Segregation in Single‐Crystalline Ni‐Base Superalloys

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
This work demonstrates that Re‐segregation at low‐angle grain boundaries (LAGBs) in Ni‐base superalloys is influenced by misorientation angle. Advanced microscopy and atom probe tomography reveal that higher misorientation angles increases Re‐segregation.

Ontology‐Aligned Structuring and Reuse of Multimodal Materials Data and Workflows Toward Automatic Reproduction

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
Reproduction of stacking fault energy calculations from literature with a semi‐automated large language model‐assisted extraction procedure: extraction of simulation protocol, atomistic structures, computational parameters, and reported results, ontology alignment, knowledge graph construction and, finally, recomputation forvalidation.

A Practical Noise2Noise Denoising Pipeline for High‐Throughput Raman Spectroscopy

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
A lightweight and reproducible denoising pipeline for high‐throughput Raman spectroscopy is introduced, based on a 1D convolutional autoencoder trained with a Noise2Noise strategy. Using only repeated short‐exposure acquisitions, the method suppresses stochastic noise without reference spectra, enabling reliable spectral reconstruction while preserving

Separation and Extraction of Rhenium from Waste Acid via Selective Precipitation and Atmospheric Pressure Leaching

open access: yesSeparations
This study presents a combined process of sulfide precipitation followed by hydrogen peroxide leaching for rhenium recovery from copper smelting waste acid under ambient temperature and pressure. The process first removed copper through selective sulfide

Probing the indentation induced nanoscale damage of rhenium

open access: yesMaterials & Design, 2020
Although rhenium is recognized as an important refractory metal in extreme environment applications, its indentation induced damage and the corresponding plastic deformation mechanisms have rarely been reported. Through molecular dynamics simulations, we

Effect of Temperature and Mole Ratio on the Synthesis Yield of Rhenium-Tetrofosmin

open access: yesAtom Indonesia, 2015
Technetium-99m (99mTc) tetrofosmin is widely used in nuclear medicine as a diagnostic agent for myocardial perfusion and as a tumor imaging agent. As a parenteral preparation it requires an evaluation of its pharmacokinetics and stability in-vivo.

Three‐Dimensional Anomalous Hall Sensing Enabled By Spin–Orbit Torque Driven Domain Reconfiguration In Chiral Multilayers

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
A three‐dimensional magnetic field sensor is realized in chiral W/CoFeB/MgO multilayers, where spin–orbit torques reversibly reconfigure homochiral stripe domains. The symmetry of the torque enables offset‐free in‐plane sensing, while the reproducible domain reconfiguration extends the linear out‐of‐plane range. An anomalous Hall readout delivers large‐
