[Spontaneous sphenoidal rhinorrhea].

We describe the case of a woman, who presents a spontaneous rhinorrhea. The metrizamid computerized tomographic cisternography proves the precise anatomic location of the dural osseous defect, in the left sphenoidal sinus.
