การแยกสกัดแทนนินจากเปลือกไม้โกงกาง (Rhizophora spp.)
แทนนินเป็นสารประกอบเชิงซ้อนพวก "พินอลิก" เป็นสารที่ให้ความฝาด พบตามส่วนต่างๆ ของพืช ใช้มากในอุตสาหกรรมฟอกหนัง งานวิจัยนี้ได้ทดลองแยกสกัดแทนนินจากเปลืองไม้โกงกางสายพันธุ์ไรซโซฟอร่า ซึ่งเป็นไม้ในป่าชายเลน ด้วยวิธีการต่างๆ ได้แก่ สกัดแบบแช่ สกัดในถังกวน และสกัดแบบกิ่งต่อเนื่องสวนทางกัน โดยใช้น้ำเป้นตัวสกัด ผลการทดลองสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1.openaire +1 more source
