In this randomised controlled crossover feeding study, 35 women with endometriosis and poorly controlled gastrointestinal symptoms were randomised to either a supplied low FODMAP diet for 4 weeks or a control diet. Participants washed out for 4 weeks, and crossed‐over to the alternate dietary intervention.
