Gene expression signatures from single‐cell transcriptomics predict Sjögren's syndrome
A machine learning‐based 12‐gene signature (SjS.Sig) was developed from scRNA‐seq data of PBMCs from Sjögren's syndrome patients. The model was validated using bulk RNA‐seq datasets and further confirmed through flow cytometry and qPCR analysis in an independent clinical cohort, demonstrating robust diagnostic potential.

Targeting eIF5A combats breast cancer progression by ClpP‐dependent mitochondrial oxidative stress
This study identified the eIF5A‐ClpP axis as a key driver of breast cancer progression. Targeting eIF5A suppresses tumor growth by inducing ClpP‐dependent mitochondrial oxidative stress, revealing a novel therapeutic vulnerability. Single‐cell RNA‐seq of normal and endometritis endometrium shows reduced epithelial cells and fate divergence toward ferroptosis or ribosome/antigen‐presentation programs. COL1A1+ epithelial cells act as an AP‐1–driven hub that enhances VEGFA–VEGFR signaling and remodels the vascular microenvironment.
