Advanced Materials Technologies, EarlyView.Focused ion beam (FIB) patterning enables on‐chip amorphization of high‐aspect ratio MoS2 monolayers into complex geometries with tunable electrical properties. By controlling the ion dose, conductive pathways as narrow as 700 nm are formed, allowing precise modulation of local conductivity.
