This case describes the radiological-surgical correlation of a rare case of osteosarcoma of the rib in a 15-year-old boy. Chondrosarcoma of a rib is a very rare malignant tumor of the bone. Most patients were present with an enlarging painful anterior chest wall tumor. We present a case of an asymptomatic 29-years old female with a tumor size of 10cm×12cm on the left anterior chest wall involving the 8th rib.
