Phase Engineering for Enhanced Piezoresponse in P(VDF‐TrFE) and Its Composites
As the temperature approaches the Curie point, the crystalline phase in P(VDF‐TrFE) decreases proportionally, while the amorphous phase increases. This shift leads to the formation of more interphase regions. Although spontaneous polarization from crystalline regions decreases, the interphase regions enable additional deformation, thereby enhancing the

High pT correlations with strange particles in STAR
We present the highlights of the current identified strange particles DeltaPhi and DeltaEta correlations analyses, including system-size and trigger-pT of the jet and ridge, jet, ridge and away-side meson/baryon ratios, and the current state of the multi-

A hydrophilic, stretchable, nonwoven electrospun fiber mat targeted to be applied in long‐term bioelectronic devices. By incorporating amphiphilic polyethylene glycol block copolymers in a polydimethylsiloxane matrix, the material develops stable hydrophilicity, enhanced breathability, as well as enhanced adhesion to cells.

Twin neural network regression
We propose to reformulate a regression problem into predicting differences between target values. This allows for leveraging consistency conditions which can be used as uncertainty estimates and enable the production of an ensemble of predictions while training only a single neural network.

Ridge regularization for Mean Squared Error Reduction in Regression with Weak Instruments [PDF]
In this paper, I show that classic two-stage least squares (2SLS) estimates are highly unstable with weak instruments. I propose a ridge estimator (ridge IV) and show that it is asymptotically normal even with weak instruments, whereas 2SLS is severely distorted and un-bounded.

Hybrid Electroluminescence Device for On‐Demand Single Photon Generation at Room Temperature
New type of electroluminescent device based on hBN nanocrystals deposited on a GaN laser diode displays electrically driven emission of single photons at room temperature. Low g2(0) autocorrelation function values are achieved of < 0.2 for continuous driving and < 0.4 for on‐demand single‐photon emission.

Oceanic Core Complex die off and generation of enhanced mantle upwelling on the Mid-Atlantic Ridge - 22° N [PDF]
EGU2011-13199 Images of crustal construction provide a key to understand the interplay of magmatism and tectonism while oceanic crust is build up. Bathymetric data show that the crustal construction is highly variable.

Multipole interference (MPI) plays pivotal roles in electromagnetics. In optics, it has been realized typically with the Mie resonance in high‐index, deep‐subwavelength‐scale dielectric resonators. A new, diffraction‐based MPI scheme is proposed and demonstrated with low‐index, mesoscale dielectric structures.
