Engineering Reports, Volume 8, Issue 4, April 2026.We propose a (q,τ)$$ \left(q,\tau \right) $$‐fractional geometric flow model for cell blebbing that incorporates hereditary memory and viscoelastic effects in curvature‐driven membrane dynamics.
