A sharp companion of Ostrowski's inequality for the Riemann-Stieltjes integral and applications
A sharp companion of Ostrowski's inequality for the Riemann-Stieltjes integral ∫ab f(t)du(t), where f is assumed to be of r-H-Hölder type on [a,b] and u is of bounded variation on [a,b], is proved.

Integration by Riemann Triangles
In this article we present a method of integration inspired by an example from Proofs Without Words II by Nelsen. Riemann rectangles under a curve are transformed into triangles. The limit of the collection of triangles gives us a new shape. The area under the original curve and the area of the new shape are the same.

Abstract Objectives There is a high, unmet sleep need in young people with mental health difficulties. We took a whole‐system approach to improving access to sleep support across a youth mental health system (14–25 years). Methods We used the Exploration, Preparation, Implementation and Sustainment (EPIS) framework to develop an implementation ...

Generalized Fractional Integral Inequalities of σ-Convex Functions
In this paper, we prove generalized fractional integral inequalities of Hermite–Hadamard–type with respect to a monotone function for σ-convex functions on account of the Riemann–Liouville fractional integral.

Background From a functionalist perspective, parenting behaviors have adaptive functions and are partly expressions of genetic variation. Maternal genes that have effects on children are often referred to as indirect maternal genetic effects. Indirect genetic effects provide a means for measuring the role of parenting without the need for specifying ...

The volume integral of Riemann flux in the discontinuous Galerkin (DG) method is introduced in this paper. The boundaries integrals of the fluxes (Riemann flux) are transformed into volume integral.

Some estimations on continuous random variables for (k, s) −fractional integral operators
In this work, we establish some new (k, s) −fractional integral inequalities of continuous random variables by using the (k, s) −Riemann-Liouville fractional integral operator.

Cone spherical metrics and stable vector bundles
Cone spherical metrics are conformal metrics with constant curvature one and finitely many conical singularities on compact Riemann surfaces. A cone spherical metric is called irreducible if each developing map of the metric does not have monodromy lying
