Analysis of the Stability of the Riemann Problem for a Simplified Model in Magnetogasdynamics
The generalized Riemann problem for a simplified model of one-dimensional ideal gas in magnetogasdynamics in a neighborhood of the origin (t>0) in the (x,t) plane is considered.

The volume integral of Riemann flux in the discontinuous Galerkin (DG) method is introduced in this paper. The boundaries integrals of the fluxes (Riemann flux) are transformed into volume integral.

Lectures on the Asymptotic Expansion of a Hermitian Matrix Integral
In these lectures three different methods of computing the asymptotic expansion of a Hermitian matrix integral is presented. The first one is a combinatorial method using Feynman diagrams. This leads us to the generating function of the reciprocal of the

A robustness-enhanced method for Riemann solver
Abstract The appearance of shock anomaly is a major unsolved problem for some low diffusion schemes when simulating the hypersonic flow. In this paper, a simple method is proposed to enhance the robustness of the low diffusion schemes to overcome the shock anomaly.

Abstract Personality can be described at different levels of abstraction. Whereas the Big Five domains are the dominant level of analysis, several researchers have called for more fine‐grained approaches, such as facet‐level analysis. Personality facets allow more comprehensive descriptions, more accurate predictions of outcomes, and a better ...

Precalculated arrays-based algorithms for the calculation of the Riemann zeta-function
In this paper, we continue the study of efficient algorithms for the computation of the Riemann zeta function on the complex plane. We introduce two precalculated arrays-based modifications of MB-method.

Localization of shadow poles by complex scaling
Through numerical examples we show that the complex scaling method is suited to explore the pole structure in multichannel scattering problems. All poles lying on the multisheeted Riemann energy surface, including shadow poles, can be revealed and the ...

Do Sojourn Effects on Personality Trait Changes Last? A Five‐Year Longitudinal Study
Abstract This study examined sojourners' long‐term personality trait changes over five years, extending previous research on immediate sojourn effects. A sample of German students (N = 1095) was surveyed thrice (T1–T3) over the course of an academic year.

Heat kernel and moduli spaces II
In this paper we continue our study on the moduli spaces of flat G-bundles, for any semi-simple Lie group G, over a Riemann surface by using heat kernel and Reidemeister torsion.

Exceptional Antimodes in Multi‐Drive Cavity Magnonics
Driven‐dissipative cavity‐magnonics provides a flexible platform for engineering non‐Hermitian physics such as exceptional points. Here, using a four‐port, three‐mode system with controllable microwave interference, antimodes and coherent perfect extinction (CPE) are realized, enabling active tuning to antimode exceptional points.
