On the geometry of WDVV equations and their Hamiltonian formalism in arbitrary dimension
Abstract It is known that in low dimensions Witten–Dijkgraaf–Verlinde–Verlinde (WDVV) equations can be rewritten as commuting quasilinear bi‐Hamiltonian systems. We extend some of these results to arbitrary dimension N$N$ and arbitrary scalar product η$\eta$.

Optimal bounds for the Kobayashi distance near C2$\mathcal {C}^2$‐smooth boundary points
Abstract It is shown that the optimal upper and lower bounds for the Kobayashi distance near C2,α$\mathcal {C}^{2,\alpha }$‐smooth strongly pseudoconvex boundary points obtained in Kosiński, Nikolov, and Ökten [Adv. Math. 478 (2025), 110388] remain true in the general C2$\mathcal {C}^2$‐smooth strongly pseudoconvex setting.

In the realm of sub-Riemannian manifolds, a relevant question is: what are the metric lines (isometric embedding of the real line)? The space of kk-jets of a real function of one real variable xx, denoted by Jk(R,R){J}^{k}\left({\mathbb{R}},{\mathbb{R}}),

Riemannian Means on Special Euclidean Group and Unipotent Matrices Group
Among the noncompact matrix Lie groups, the special Euclidean group and the unipotent matrix group play important roles in both theoretic and applied studies.

Wasserstein rigidity over Rn$\mathbb {R}^n$ with smooth norms
Abstract We study p−Wasserstein$p-{\rm Wasserstein}$ spaces Wp(Rn,dN)$ \mathcal {W}_p(\mathbb {R}^n, d_N)$ over Rn$\mathbb {R}^n$ equipped with a norm metric dN$d_N$. We show that, if the norm is smooth enough, then the Wasserstein space is isometrically rigid whenever p≠2$p \ne 2$.

A Riemannian metric bundle G(M) is a fiber bundle over a smooth manifold M, whose fibers are the spaces of symmetric, positive-definite bilinear forms on the tangent spaces of M, which represent the Rieman?nian metrics. In this work, we aim to study the category of Riemannian metric bundles and explore their connections with K-theory and other areas of

Geodesic methods have been widely applied to image analysis. They are particularly efficient to extract a tubular structure, such as a blood vessel, given its two endpoints in a 2D or 3D medical image.

Optimal three-dimensional biped walking pattern generation based on geodesics
The innovative three-dimensional humanoid biped gait planning method using geodesics is introduced in this article. In order to control three-dimensional walking, the three-dimensional linear inverted pendulum model is studied in our energy-optimal gait ...

The metric completion of the Riemannian space of Kähler metrics
Let $X$ be a compact Kähler manifold and $\a \in H^{1,1}(X,\R)$ a Kähler class. We study the metric completion of the space $\HH_\a$ of Kähler metrics in $\a$, when endowed with the Mabuchi $L^2$-metric $d$. Using recent ideas of Darvas, we show that the metric completion $(\overline{\HH}_\a,d)$ of $(\HH_\a,d)$ is a CAT(0) space which can be identified

To geometric aspects of in nite-dimensional dynamical systems
The main goal of the work is to construct analogues of Christoffel symbols for infinitedimensional systems and on this basis to obtain geodesic equations for such systems.
