Time Asymmetric Quantum Mechanics
The meaning of time asymmetry in quantum physics is discussed. On the basis of a mathematical theorem, the Stone-von Neumann theorem, the solutions of the dynamical equations, the Schrödinger equation (1) for states or the Heisenberg equation (6a) for ...

Learning Metric Fields for Fast Low‐Distortion Mesh Parameterizations
Abstract We present a fast and robust method for computing an injective parameterization with low isometric distortion for disk‐like triangular meshes. Harmonic function‐based methods, with their rich mathematical foundation, are widely used. Harmonic maps are particularly valuable for ensuring injectivity under certain boundary conditions. In addition,

Arithmetic Satake compactifications and algebraic Drinfeld modular forms
Abstract In this article, we construct the arithmetic Satake compactification of the Drinfeld moduli schemes of arbitrary rank over the ring of integers of any global function field away from the level structure, and show that the universal family extends uniquely to a generalized Drinfeld module over the compactification.

Measures and operators associated with Parseval distribution frames
Continuing the study by Tschinke et al. (2019), we examine further aspects of distribution frames (namely, Gel’fand and Parseval), particularly regarding those that are more relevant for applications in quantum physics.

A bearing fault diagnosis method based on Smooth Pseudo‐Wigner‐Ville Distribution (SPWVD) and YOLO11 is proposed. The method firstly transforms one‐dimensional vibration signals into two‐dimensional feature maps containing time–frequency information through SPWVD, and then extracts and learns features from the feature maps through the YOLO11 deep ...

Method of intermediate problems in the Fröhlich polaron model
Method of intermediate problems in the theory of linear semi-bounded self-adjoint operators on rigged Hilbert space was applied to the investigation of the ground state energy of the Fröhlich polaron model. It was shown that various infinite sequences of

An Axiomatic Approach to Mild Distributions
The Banach Gelfand Triple (S0,L2,S0′) consists of the Feichtinger algebra S0(Rd) as a space of test functions, the dual space S0′(Rd), known as the space of mild distributions, and the intermediate Hilbert space L2(Rd). This Gelfand Triple is very useful

For the Weinstein Laplacian considered on the Hilbert space which makes it a self‐adjoint operator, the Von Neumann spectral decomposition is given. As applications, a new integral representation for the Weinstein heat kernel is given. Also, it is proved that the spectrum of the semigroup associated with the Weinstein Laplacian is reduced to its ...
