Right to information and the implementation of information rights in the area of moral rights in Ukraine

Today, as in legal doctrine and in legislation formed two approaches to the interpretation of the right to information. Within a narrow approach, the right to information is treated only as a right to (access) to information that is as a relative right. Broad same approach suggests referring to the right to information of all kinds of subjective rights
