Contribution of Gli1+ Adventitial Stem Cells to Smooth Muscle Cells in Atherosclerosis and Vascular Injury

Gli1+ adventitial stem cells (ASCs) have been thought to generate smooth muscle cells (SMCs) in atherosclerosis. Using a dual‐recombinase lineage tracing to exclude ectopic labeling, Wang et al. found that Gli1+ ASCs do not contribute to SMCs in atherosclerotic plaques.

Syntaxin 3B Mediates Light‐Dependent Interactions with STXBP1 and Arrestin 4: Distinct Roles in Rods and Cones

IL4I1⁺ Macrophages and TDO2⁺ Myofibroblasts Drive AhR‐Mediated Immunosuppression and Ferroptosis Resistance in Solid Predominant Lung Adenocarcinoma

Solid predominant lung adenocarcinoma exhibits an immune‐excluded, ferroptosis‐resistant niche enriched with IL4I1⁺ TAMs and TDO2⁺ myCAFs. A Linearly Deformable Pneumatic Scalable Microgripper for Universal Mid‐Air Micromanipulation

This work presents a fully 3D printed soft microgripper capable of active adhesion control through a pneumatic system. Its modular design can reach a high adhesion switching ratio of 373 and free release of micro‐objects at 100 μm$\umu \rm {m}$ dimension.
