Switching From Originator to Biosimilar Infliximab in Pediatric Inflammatory Bowel Disease: A Systematic Review and Meta‐Analysis

In this meta‐analysis of eight studies (508 children with inflammatory bowel disease), switching from originator to biosimilar infliximab preserved clinical remission, drug exposure, and immunogenicity, with high treatment persistence and no signal of efficacy or safety loss. Biosimilar switching appears a safe, effective option in pediatric IBD.
