Depositional and stratigraphic evolution of a Permian megalake system: Implications for seiche‐influenced models

The Depositional Record, Volume 12, Issue 2, April 2026.
During the Late Permian, the rise of the Gondwanides Belt trapped marine waters, giving birth to a vast megalake. This lake shifted between overfilled, balanced‐fill and underfilled stages that are recorded by high‐frequency accommodation changes, while meteorological seiches shaped the sedimentary dynamic and produced heterolithic beds.

Efficacy and Safety of Topical Delgocitinib for Chronic Hand Eczema: A Systematic Review and Meta‐Analysis of Randomized Controlled Trials

In this meta‐analysis of 4 RCTs including 1154 patients with chronic hand eczema, topical delgocitinib significantly improved treatment success at week 16 compared with vehicle. Improvements in other efficacy outcomes and patient‐reported symptoms (itch and pain), together with a favourable safety profile, were also observed.
