In this study, risk analysis is investigated by using 5X5 L Type Matrix Method in laboratories determined within the scope of occupational health and safety. In the risk analysis, 50 risks are identified, of which 30 (60 %) have a high risk level, 18 (36 %) have a medium risk level, and 2 (4 %) have a low risk level.
