Cancer‐Associated BCL‐2 Mutants Reveal Mechanisms Towards Venetoclax Resistance
Venetoclax (VEN) resistance in chronic lymphocytic leukemia arises from diverse BCL2 mutations. We map mechanisms contributing to VEN resistance across common BCL‐2 variants. G101V and D103Y reduce drug binding and increase sequestration of pro‐apoptotic proteins. V156D blocks VEN allosterically.

A flexible, hexagonally packed artificial dielectric providing a wide range of effective permittivities (εr ≈ 30–1400) without lumped elements was developed for clinical and ultra‐high‐field MRI. Combined with modular passive‐dipole arrays, the system enables adaptable RF field shaping through electric‐ and magnetic‐dipole tuning.

Impact of Acute Functional Decline on Frailty and Mortality in Acutely Hospitalized Older Persons
Older persons with acute functional decline are often severely frail. Male sex, cognitive impairment, diabetes mellitus type 2, cancer, hearing impairment, and nursing home living increase the risk of severe frailty or death and should be considered when person‐centered care is planned for hospitalized older people.

Genetic Variation in ADHD‐Related Risk Genes in an Indigenous Population of the Amazon
ABSTRACT Attention‐Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is a highly heritable neurodevelopmental disorder; however, its genetic architecture remains poorly explored in Indigenous populations. This study aimed to analyze and characterize genetic variation in 11 genes (ADGRL3, CDH8, DCC, DUSP6, FOXP1, FOXP2, MEF2C, PCDH7, SEMA6D, SORCS3, and ST3GAL3 ...
