ERM Inhibition Confers Ferroptosis Resistance through ROS‐Induced NRF2 Signaling

ERM inhibition disrupts ERM‐actin interactions, elevating ROS and triggering KEAP1 degradation, which stabilizes and activates NRF2. Nuclear NRF2 induces cytoprotective genes, notably HMOX1, enhancing redox buffering and suppressing lipid peroxidation to resist erastin‐induced ferroptosis.

Flipping the Switch: MeCP2‐Mediated Lactylation Rewires Microglial Metabolism and Inflammation via the HK2/mTOR Axis in Poststroke Neuroinflammation

Stroke‐induced lactate accumulation promotes p300‐mediated lactylation of methyl‐CpG binding protein 2 (MeCP2) at lysine 210, which reprograms microglial metabolism toward glycolysis and activates the hexokinase 2 (HK2)/mTOR axis. IL4I1⁺ Macrophages and TDO2⁺ Myofibroblasts Drive AhR‐Mediated Immunosuppression and Ferroptosis Resistance in Solid Predominant Lung Adenocarcinoma
