RMSE Computation and Detection of Ring P. Falciparum [PDF]
Malaria is a disease that is threat to our life and it is caused by a parasite named protozoan. As we all studied that there are five species of malaria falciparum, p.vivax, p. malaria, p. ovale, and p. knowlesi. Some of the common symptoms of malaria are fever, fatigue, headache, cough, abdominal pain, nausea.

Linear Atomic Cluster Expansion Force Fields for Organic Molecules: beyond RMSE [PDF]
We demonstrate that fast and accurate linear force fields can be built for molecules using the Atomic Cluster Expansion (ACE) framework. The ACE models parametrize the Potential Energy Surface in terms of body ordered symmetric polynomials making the functional form reminiscent of traditional molecular mechanics force fields.

RMSE is not enough: Guidelines to robust data-model comparisons for magnetospheric physics
The magnetospheric physics research community uses a broad array of quantitative data-model comparison methods (metrics) when conducting their research investigations. It is often the case, though, that any particular study will only use one or two metrics, with the two most common being Pearson correlation coefficient and root mean square error (RMSE).

Statistical analysis for RMSE of 3D space calibration using the DLT [PDF]
The purpose of this study was to design the method of 3D space calibration to reduce RMSE by statistical analysis when using the DLT algorithm and control frame. Control frame for 3D space calibration was consist of and 162 contort points adhere to it. For calculate of 3D coordination used two methods about 2D coordination on image frame, 2D coordinate

Estimating the RMSE of Small Area Estimates without the Tears [PDF]
Small area estimation (SAE) methods can provide information that conventional direct survey estimation methods cannot. The use of small area estimates based on linear and generalized linear mixed models is still very limited, possibly because of the perceived complexity of estimating the root mean square errors (RMSEs) of the estimates.

Beyond RMSE: Do Machine-Learned Models of Road User Interaction Produce Human-Like Behavior? [PDF]
Autonomous vehicles use a variety of sensors and machine-learned models to predict the behavior of surrounding road users. Most of the machine-learned models in the literature focus on quantitative error metrics like the root mean square error (RMSE) to learn and report their models' capabilities.
