Off-Road and Spaced-Out in the City
Space and Culture, 2013The article reports on the methods and findings of an urban experiment/intervention that deployed mathematic formulae to design a series of random walks through the city of Manchester. In developing these methods, the letters of the words “order” and “disorder” were inscribed into an A-Z map of the city to provide the outline for these walks.
