Acid Site Design for Low Hydration Proton Exchange Membranes
α‐CF2 substitution adjacent to sulfonic acid increases acid strength and enables efficient proton transport under low hydration conditions. This molecular design reduces the dependence of hydrocarbon proton exchange membranes on excessive water uptake, addressing a key limitation of conventional hydrocarbon PEMs while maintaining favorable conductivity

An atomically dispersed Ni catalyst featuring Ni‐N4 coordination is developed as a sulfur host for nonaqueous Zn─S batteries. This configuration modulates the electronic structure to lower activation barriers during rate‐limiting steps and promotes a robust ZnF2‐rich cathode‐electrolyte interphase, thereby accelerating sulfur redox kinetics ...

Capability of Intermittent Bus Lane Utilization for Regular Vehicles
Intermittent bus lanes (IBLs) can improve road capacity by allowing other regular vehicles to drive in the idle space of a dedicated bus lane. However, excessive vehicles in the IBL will cause additional bus delays.

Nanoemulsion delivery of a TLR7 agonist enhances safety and promotes colocalization with Leishmania‐infected macrophages in skin lesions, enabling a ∼2‐log reduction in parasite burden. However, tissue‐level constraints and TLR‐driven regulatory feedback generate a mixed immune response that limits complete parasite clearance.

Uncertainties in Road Vehicle Suspensions
Road vehicles are subject to random excitation by the unevenness of the road. For a dynamical analysis, vehicle models of the vertical vibrations as well as guideway models of the road unevenness are required. The fundamental dynamics of vehicle suspensions can be already modeled by a quarter car featuring the decoupling of the car body motion and the ...
