A Murine Bispecific Antibody Efficiently Redirects T Cells Against Calr Mutated Stem Cells In Vivo
ABSTRACT Calreticulin (CALR) mutations are prevalent in 20%–30% of patients with BCR::ABL1‐negative myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPN). Mutant calreticulin (mutCALR), presented by the thrombopoietin receptor (MPL, also known as TPOR or CD110) on the surface of the disease‐initiating MPN progenitors, represents an ideal target for curative ...

Recombinant Human Neuregulin1‐β1 Significantly Reduces Schwannoma Growth in Mice
rhNRGβ1‐Replacement‐Therapy: Under physiological conditions, NRGβ1 is expressed on axons (in orange), where it activates ERBB2 receptors, facilitating successful nerve regeneration following injury. However, loss of NF2 leads to a reduction in NRGβ1‐expression and increased ErbB2 levels on Schwann cells (in green), which contributes to schwannoma ...

Objective Age of symptom onset is highly variable in familial frontotemporal lobar degeneration (f‐FTLD). Accurate prediction of onset would inform clinical management and trial enrollment. Prior studies indicate that individualized maps of brain atrophy can predict conversion to dementia in f‐FTLD.

Entropy solutions for nonlinear elliptic anisotropic problem with Robin boundary condition
We study a Robin boundary value problem of nonlinear elliptic anisotropic type. We prove the existence and uniqueness of entropy solutions for $L^{1}$-data, via the existence and uniqueness of weak solution.

Robin boundary conditions in shape optimization
The present thesis is concerned with the problem of proving the existence of optimal domains for functionals subjected to Robin Boundary conditions. We treat both cases of positive and negative Robin parameters. In the case of positive Robin parameters we prove the existence of a minimizing domain in a class of Lipschitz domains of given measure, that ...

Combinatorial QD‐SiO2 nanoparticles combined with linear unmixing of the photoluminescence spectrum increase the multiplexity of assays. Linear unmixing spectral analysis is a technique where signals from tens of fluorophores can be deconvoluted to increase multiplexing by 4–5‐fold.

On some nonlinear potential problems
The degree theory of mappings is applied to a two-dimensional semilinear elliptic problem with the Laplacian as principal part subject to a nonlinear boundary condition of Robin type. Under some growth conditions we obtain existence.
