Robot-Assisted Laparoscopic Radical Cystectomy
근치적 방광절제술은 오랜 시간 동안 근침윤성 방광암에서 표 준 치료로 시행되었으며, 전이가 없는 방광암에서 가장 효과적으 로 암을 제거하고 우수한 종양학적 성적을 기대할 수 있는 방법 이다[1,2]. 근치적 방광절제술은 골반림프절절제술(pelvic lymph node dissection)뿐만 아니라 다양한 방법을 이용하여 요로전환술 (urinary diversion)도 함께 시행하기 때문에 비뇨기과 영역에서 가장 복잡하고 어려운 수술로 여겨진다. 규모가 큰 연구에서도 수 술과 관련한 사망이 3% 정도 되며, 장기 추적관찰 시 요로전환술 과 관련한 다양한 합병증도 발생한다[3-5].
