Decentralised design of robust controllers
IEE Proceedings D Control Theory and Applications, 1987An approach is proposed to the synthesis of additional feedback controllers for decentralized multivariable dynamic systems, that improves their features (with a special emphasis on their robustness) not interfering in the same time with the stabilizing action of the nominal feedback. Two methods are discussed and numerical examples are given.

Robust Design of Adaptive Equalizers
IEEE Transactions on Signal Processing, 2012Although equalizers promise to improve the signal- to-noise energy ratio, zero forcing equalizers are derived classically in a deterministic setting minimizing intersymbol interference, while minimum mean square error (MMSE) equalizer solutions are derived in a stochastic context based on quadratic Wiener cost functions.
