Objective We conducted formative research aimed at identifying solutions that address inequitable health outcomes in lupus due to adverse social determinants of health (SDoH). Methods We conducted a search for keywords, which provided insights into potential solutions and initiatives underway. An advisory panel of lupus experts iteratively reviewed the

Evolution of mutational robustness
Mutation Research/Fundamental and Molecular Mechanisms of Mutagenesis, 2003We review recent advances in the understanding of the mutation-selection balance of asexual replicators. For over 30 years, population geneticists thought that an expression derived by Kimura and Maruyama in 1966 fully solved this problem. However, Kimura and Maruyama's result is only correct in the absence of neutral mutations.

Robustness and predictability of evolution in bottlenecked populations
Physical Review E, 2021Deterministic and stochastic evolutionary processes drive adaptation in natural populations. The strength of each component process is determined by the population size: deterministic components prevail in very large populations, while stochastic components are the driving mechanisms in small ones.
