GHRHR Deficiency Enhances Retinal Ganglion Cell Survival and Visual Functions in Experimental Glaucoma by Inhibiting Ferroptosis

Glaucoma, a major cause of blindness, involves retinal ganglion cell (RGC) degeneration. This study shows growth hormone‐releasing hormone receptor (GHRHR) deficiency preserves RGC survival and restores vision, unlike activation which only aids survival.

Green and scalable synthesis of CsPbBr3 perovskite quantum dots using bio‐sourced lecithin and hexane enables single‐batch production over 10 grams. EDNRA Forms a Positive Feedback Loop with the Hippo/YAP Axis to Drive Triple‐Negative Breast Cancer Progression

Endothelin receptor type A (EDNRA) and the Hippo/YAP pathway form a self‐reinforcing loop that sustains triple‐negative breast cancer. EDNRA activates YAP through Gαq/11–Rho/ROCK–LATS signaling, while YAP/TEAD4 reciprocally drives EDNRA transcription.
