Colloidal Crack Sintering Lithography for Light‐Induced Patterning of Particle Assemblies

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Colloidal crack sintering lithography (CCSL) is a microfabrication technique that uses light‐induced photothermal heating to trigger sintering and controlled cracking in polymer colloidal assemblies. Local structural changes generate microchannels and patterns, enabling direct writing of diverse topographic motifs.

Rock Typing and Flow Unit Identification in the Upper Cretaceous Carbonate Reservoirs in Jambur Oil Field

open access: yesIraqi Journal of Chemical and Petroleum Engineering
The effectiveness of dynamic models in field development and predicting future reservoir performance depends on the accuracy and reliability of geological models.

A Single‐Metal‐Doped Nanoplatform for Ferroptosis‐Driven cGAS‐STING Pathway Activation in Hepatocellular Carcinoma Immunotherapy

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
The cGAS‐STING pathway boosts HCC antitumor immunity but lacks specific activation. Nanoplatform ZMRPF induces HCC ferroptosis via lipid ROS, releasing mtDNA. It synergizes with ZMRPF‐released Mn2⁺ to activate cGAS‐STING, amplifies antigen‐presenting cell activity, reverses HCC immunosuppression, and enables robust systemic antitumor immunity ...

Electrochemical Abuse‐Driven Thermal Runaway in Lithium‐Ion Batteries: Evolution From Beginning‐of‐Life to End‐of‐Life

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Electrochemical abuse transforms thermal runaway behavior in lithium‐ion batteries. Through systematic decoupling of degradation mechanisms, this study reveals that lithium plating lowers the onset temperature by 10 °C, electrolyte consumption delays high‐temperature reactions, and capacity fade reduces total heat generation. These mechanistic insights

Multiscale flow unit characterization in a mature field using capillary pressure curves, well logs, and petrophysical data: a case study for Potiguar Basin, Brazil

open access: yesJournal of Petroleum Exploration and Production Technology
This study integrates geological/geophysical, petrographic/diagenetic, and petrophysical data to individualize rocks with different flow capacities in the Alto do Rodrigues (ARG) Field, a producing oil field in the Potiguar Basin, NE, Brazil.
