Performance Analysis of a Kerosene/Gaseous Oxygen Liquid Rocket Engine
One of the most widely used rocket propulsion systems that uses liquid propellants is the liquid rocket engine. Due to their high density and specific impulse, liquid fuels and oxidizers are preferred.

3D‐Printed Architected Material for the Generation of Foam‐Based Protective Equipment
This study investigates 3D‐printed architected structures as alternatives to traditional foams in protective gear. It focuses on customizing impact strength and damping through design and manufacturing integration. Testing shows these structures outperform conventional foams, offering enhanced customizability, lower weight, and tunable performance ...

Effects of Galactic Irradiation on Thermal and Electronic Transport in Tungsten
This atomic‐scale study reveals how low‐to‐mid‐energy space irradiation alters tungsten's thermal and electronic behavior, even at low defect levels. Focusing on vacancy sites in bulk and near grain boundaries, it employs two novel approaches: site‐projected thermal conductivity and the N2$^{2}$ method for the thermal and electronic response analysis ...

Fundamental Study of Extendible Nozzle and Dual-Bell Nozzle for Reusable Rocket Engine

Can Spacecraft‐Borne Contamination Compromise Our Understanding of Lunar Ice Chemistry?
Abstract Recent detections of water ice in the permanently shadowed regions (PSRs) at the lunar poles have reignited scientific and commercial interest in the exploration of Earth's closest neighbor. The frigid temperatures in PSRs operate as cold traps for volatiles and may represent large reservoirs of materials, including water ice and prebiotic ...
