The Journal of Wildlife Management, EarlyView.We evaluated breeding home range habitat selection of sandhill cranes (Antigone canadensis) in the boreal forest of eastern Canada. Overall, we found that sandhill cranes selected breeding home ranges with greater proportions of wetlands, cropland, and recently disturbed forest.
