Journal of Food Process Engineering, Volume 49, Issue 6, June 2026.A combined modeling approach was established for bimodal PSD of coffee grounds, and their fitting performance was assessed. The PSD characteristics were well established by the LW, WB, and GW combination models. PSD model parameters can guide future data‐based coffee extraction modeling.
